About this clinic
Tangerine Community Health Clinic in Bangkok is the first specialist health clinic in Thailand designed to provide full-service care specifically for transgender people. Founded in 2015, its vision is to promote transgender people's rights and access to health care equally, safely, and with respect for identity.
Its highlight is having transgender staff who understand specific needs across physical, mental, and social dimensions, making care gentle and free of stigma. Services cover counselling, testing and treatment for HIV and sexually transmitted infections, PrEP and PEP, gender-affirming hormone therapy with doctor follow-up, hepatitis A, B, and HPV vaccines, and assessment and referral for gender-affirming surgery.
