About this clinic
The Bangkok Rainbow Organization (BRO) community health centre at Saphan Khwai offers a fast, convenient, and relaxed service in an uncrowded setting, so people at risk in the community can reach care in a way that fits their lives and schedules.
It provides free screening for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhoea, and other sexually transmitted infections for people at risk, funded by the National Health Security Office (NHSO Region 13 Bangkok) in partnership with the Bang Rak STI Clinic and Bangkok public health centres. Finger-prick HIV and syphilis tests give results in 15 minutes, gonorrhoea uses a self-collected sample with results in a few days, and the centre refers people for PrEP/PEP and treatment within its network.
Thai nationals can test free twice a year (bring an ID card or passport). The Saphan Khwai branch opens on weekends only and sits close to the BTS, making it easy to reach.
