RSAT Nakhon Sawan is an association working closely with gender-diverse (LGBTQ+) people, aiming to promote rights, build understanding, and support access to health services that are safe, comprehensive, and friendly. It is an open space that welcomes every identity with respect and understanding.

One of its main missions is free sexual-health services, especially HIV testing, syphilis testing, and hormone-level testing for those using or starting gender-affirming hormone therapy, run by a team who understand the specific issues of the gender-diverse community, with strict confidentiality.

RSAT Nakhon Sawan is also a community hub that builds acceptance and drives local social change, so that gender-diverse people can live proudly and receive equal opportunities.
