It offers accurate and private HIV and syphilis testing, PrEP for prevention ahead of time, and expert counselling on sexually transmitted infections, all free of charge, and gives out free condoms and lubricant to promote safer sex.

MPLUS works proactively and continuously, both in the community and through online channels, to reach groups that may not yet access traditional services, because it is not just a service point but a community force driving change with understanding and respect for every identity.
