KK Befriend, the “clinic for teenage buddies,” is a safe space designed specifically for young people's sexual health, in a Youth-Friendly Health Service model that is welcoming, easy to reach, non-judgemental, and genuinely tuned to teenagers. It is built on the belief that knowledge and access to the right services from a young age is the first step to good long-term wellbeing.

It offers fast, accurate, and confidential testing for HIV, syphilis, and other sexually transmitted infections, with referral to treatment and antiretroviral medicine as well as PrEP for prevention, so young people can reach testing and care straight away without facing the barrier of stigma.

Staff are trained to understand teenagers and give close, relaxed counselling so everyone feels able to ask questions, talk openly, and look after their own health with confidence. KK Befriend is not just a clinic, but a buddy for the days you need someone who understands.
